1. Question: How much does a Home Spotlight™
 cost?

Answer: The price for a one minute presentation is $100 minimum. Please contact us for a free quote. Each presentation is customized and pricing packages vary according to project.

2. Question: Is there a charge to cancel an order?

Answer: Stinar Communications will charge a $25 cancellation fee once an order is processed.

3. Question: Do I have to be a licensed real estate agent to order?

Answer: Yes, you must be a licensed real estate agent.

4. Question: How do I make a payment?

Answer: Send a check or money order payable to Stinar Communications, LLC at 20 Le Parc Drive, Princeton Junction, NJ 08550.

5. Question: How is a Home Spotlight™
 created?

Answer: Client sends up to ten digital photographs of desired property's interior and exterior. We then create a visual tour of the property with narration, and send it via email  or mail your mini business card CD directly to you.

6. Question: How do I send an email of my Homes Spotlight to others, along with downloading it to disk?

Answer: To send a copy of your tour to others, simply forward the email, but make sure that they have windows media player to view the email attachment. For CD viewing, we are able to duplicate mini business card CD's for you at an additional charge.

7. Question: What is the turn around time for a finished product?

 Answer: Once the scripts are approved by the client, Stinar Communications guarantees a turn around of not more than three to seven business days.

 Tour?

9. Question: What is included in my Home Spotlight™
 Tour?

Answer: An opening slate with music, and up to ten scene changes, edited script, voice over narration by professional talent, and closing slate with agents contact information under music bed.

10.Question: What type of properties should I place on Home Spotlight™
?

Answer: It is completely up to you. We will enhance any property listing large or small.

11.Question: How many properties can I showcase at a given time?

Answer: We will make up to 4 new properties for you a Month, but this number is negotiable.

12.Question: How do I change information on my Home Spotlight™
?

Answer: We charge a $10 re-edit fee and you may email, fax, or call us with the changes.

13.Question: When my listing sells, how do I remove it from my website?

Answer: Simply instruct your webmaster to remove the property that has sold.

14.Question: What can I do if I am not satisfied?

Answer: If you are not satisfied with your final product, email our customer support department at customerservice@stinarcommunications.com, and we will help fix the problem.

15.Question: Does your service require a contract agreement?

Answer: We work on a Month to Month basis, therefore no contract needs to be signed.

16.Question: Will you assist in making a script for my presentation?

Answer: Yes, our professional copywriters will help you compile powerful words and ideas for your outgoing presentation.
